Hypertek Digital, the record label founded by 2Baba, has just signed a contract with Sony/ATV, a world leader in music publishing.
Sony/ATV controls a huge and diverse catalogue of works by music heavyweights such as Michael Jackson, The Beatles, Bob Dylan and many others.
The artist signed a music publishing contract that gives the record label the privilege of managing its songs and ensures that it receives all royalties due to it from the back end.
This contract puts the company in a prime position to make the most of its impressive catalogue, which includes works by 2Baba, Sir Victor Uwaifo, Dammy Krane, Rocksteady and others.
On the deal, 2Baba stated; “We are super excited about this deal. Sony/ATV presents top-level expertise, structure, and experience to unlock opportunities on a global scale and we’re proud to be part of the family”.
This is truly a great career boost for the music stars signed under the label.
