Belle Silva, wife of Chelsea central defender Thiago Silva has told the club’s supporters not to bother coming to Stamford Bridge if they are not willing to sing and cheer the team during games.
Chelsea’s latest defeat was in front of their home fans at Stamford Bridge on Thursday night when they fell 1-0 to champions Manchester City.
Belle criticised the Blues supporters for booing their team during the difficult moment.
The fans are gradually losing their cool following the Blues lack of results as Graham Potter’s side is now 10th in the Premier League table.
Algerian forward Riyad Mahrez came off the bench in the second half to secure the win for Pep Guardiola’s men.
The result means the Blues have registered just one win in their last eight Premier League games.
And Mrs Silva who was at the stadium to watch her husband in action criticised supporters who began to boo and jeer the team during the game.
Belle uploaded a video of the booing Chelsea supporters and wrote: “Don’t come to Stamford Bridge if you’re not singing. Come on Chelsea.”
