Chelsea have agreed a deal to sell £40m flop, Tiemoue Bakayoko to Turkish club, Adana Demirspor.

The Frenchman joined Chelsea six years ago in a big money deal but has spent most of his time out on loan.

The one-cap France international has spent two separate loan spells at AC Milan, as well as stints with Napoli and his former club, Monaco.

The midfielder has only featured in 43 games for the west London Blues since he arrived from Monaco in 2017.

And now reports in Turkey say that the Frenchman is set to finally leave the club for Super Lig side Adana Demirspor.

It was earlier reported that Chelsea’s new owners were looking to terminate the midfielder’s contract, which is set to expire in the summer of 2024.

But now the player only needs to work out his personal terms to complete the deal as Chelsea have now agreed a deal to sell him.
