England World Cup star, Declan Rice has been told to join Liverpool instead of Arsenal, Manchester United or Chelsea this summer.

Rice is expected to leave West Ham United at the end of the season.

But his next club is far from certain, with a string of teams interested in securing his services at the end of the season.

The likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Man United and Liverpool have all been linked with the 24-year-old.

However, former England international John Barnes believes Rice should ignore interest from Arsenal and Chelsea and move to Liverpool instead.

According to Barnes, Jurgen Klopp’s side is ideal for the midfielder, adding that he would get an important role for the Reds.

“Any top-four club in the Premier League would want Declan Rice. He would improve every top side in the league because he is the best defensive midfielder out there,” Barnes told BonusCodeBets.

“I think that Liverpool would be ideal for him because he is the player that they actually need. So he knows that he will get a very important role on the team.

“But of course, Chelsea, Man United and Arsenal would also love to have him in their squad, so he will have a lot of options when he is going to pick his next club,” he said.
