Former West Ham and Celtic star, Frank McAvennie, has tipped Joao Felix to rise to the top at Chelsea.
Felix was outstanding in his second match for Chelsea, scoring the Blues’ only goal in the 1-1 draw against West Ham.
McAvennie believes the Portuguese is loved by Blues supporters as they chant his name in matches.
The former Celtic man said the Atletico Madrid loanee has shown that he can succeed at Stamford Bridge.
He told Football Insider: “I think the fans like him.
“Loan deals are not a bad thing because some players just can’t hack it at the club.
