A video of some Nigerian men in Gombe state arriving at the Central Bank of Nigeria’s office in the state with sacks of old N500 and N1000 notes, has made the rounds on social media.

This comes hours after President Buhari announced that the old N500 and N1000 notes have ceased to be legal tenders.
