The presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, and his wife, Margaret, cast their vote at his polling unit in Agulu ward 2, Anaocha LGA of Anambra state this morning.

Obi, who is one of the leading presidential candidates in the elections, cast his vote around 11:43 am amid cheers from his supporters.

Speaking to newsmen afterward, Obi said;

“It is by God’s grace that I am here. The first thing that I will do if I win is to thank God. I just want to serve the people. I want to show compassion. I want to help people out of poverty,” he said.
