Manchester United manager, Erik ten Hag, has said both Casemiro and Bruno Fernandes will start against Real Betis on Thursday.
The two midfielders are one yellow card away from suspension.
United won the first leg of the last-16 tie 4-1 at Old Trafford.
If Fernandes and Casemiro booked, they will be suspended from the first leg of a possible Europa League quarter-final clash.
Despite the temptation to rest key plays with an FA Cup quarter-final with Fulham on Sunday, Ten Hag has made it clear that both players will start tomorrow night in Seville.
“They will play. It is a very good opponent, last week we had a good result but we have to go again and we need our best players.
“We need a win and we need our best team,” Ten Hag told a press conference on Wednesday.
