Out-of-favour Chelsea striker, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has ‘liked’ a post on Instagram confirming the news of manager Graham Potter’s sacking.

Potter was sacked by Chelsea on Sunday night.

His sacking comes less than seven months in the role following a horrendous run of results, with the Blues currently sitting in 11th position in the Premier League table.

During Potter’s short spell in charge of Chelsea, he froze out Aubameyang, who has not featured for Chelsea since February.

Aubameyang was last spotted out in Barcelona, joining the Catalan club’s celebrations after they defeated Real Madrid two weeks ago.

The 33-year-old only joined Chelsea from Barcelona last summer but looks set to leave the Premier League giants at the end of the season.

The former Arsenal captain seemed to enjoy Potter’s sacking, hitting ‘like’ on the Instagram post which confirmed his departure.
