Former Liverpool defender Mark Lawrenson has predicted Frank Lampard’s first game for Chelsea this weekend.
Chelsea will battle the Wolves on Saturday as they look to bounce back under their new interim manager after the sack of Graham Potter last weekend.
The Blues travel to Molineux Stadium to face Wolves on the back of a goalless draw against Liverpool.
The West Londoners created numerous chances in the game against Liverpool, having 12 attempts on goal but failing to score even one.
Wolves are currently 14th in the league table and could drop to the relegation zone with a defeat to Chelsea
In his column for Paddy Power, Lawrenson shared his prediction for the Wolves clash against the Blues, writing, “Chelsea should have beaten Liverpool. Liverpool was all over the place for half an hour.
“It looks like Frank Lampard’s coming back and it’s great for him, he can’t lose with that arrangement. Wolves are down with the dead men and can’t score so I’ll go for a Draw.”
