Brighton have been backed to beat Chelsea when both sides meet in the Premier League on Saturday.
Jeff Stelling of Sky Sport believes Brighton will beat the former champions 2-1 in Frank Lampard’s third match as Chelsea’s interim manager this weekend.
Chelsea are sitting in 11th place in the Premier League standings going into the game. They were defeated 2-0 by Real Madrid in the Champions League quarter-final first leg in midweek.
The defeat followed a 1-0 loss to Wolverhampton Wanderers last weekend in the Premier League.
“Brighton will pick up a valuable three points in their quest for Europe against a Chelsea side who are winless in four and goalless in three,” Stelling told Sky Sports.
Brighton are currently seventh in the Premier League table and seven points behind fifth-placed Tottenham Hotspur.
