Kelechi Iheanacho was on target as Leicester City went down in a 3-1 defeat against Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday night.
Norway international Erling Haaland scored a brace, while John Stones scored the other goal for Pep Guardiola’s side.
Iheanacho was introduced after the break in place of Jamie Vardy.
The forward scored Leicester City’s consolation goal 15 minutes from time
after Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson parries a shot onto his path.
Iheanacho has now scored three goals and provided two assists in 13 appearances against his former club.
His compatriot, Wilfred Ndidi was also in action for Leicester City in the game.
