Angry Chelsea supporters have confronted the club owner, Todd Boehly following the club’s defeat to Brighton in the Premier League at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
The Blues suffered another defeat on Saturday, making three losses in three games under Frank Lampard who is acting as an interim manager at the club.
Conor Gallagher put the home side in front in the first half but Brighton came back shortly before the break, through Danny Welbeck’s header.
Roberto De Zerbi’s side then stepped up a gear at the resumption, missing a series of chances, before Julio Enciso fired a brilliant long-range strike to secure the win for the visitors.
Boehly was present during the defeat as he watched from the director’s box.
After the full-time whistle, the angry supporters, who have watched the team being defeated 12 times this season, were seen showing their fury towards the club’s co-owner.
