Chelsea manager, Mauricio Pochettino, has said he wants to “help” Everton midfielder Dele Alli.
Pochettino and Alli worked together at Tottenham Hotspur until the coach left in November 2019.
But the former England midfielder has fallen from grace, flopping at Everton, before struggling during a loan spell at Turkish side Besiktas.
Alli is now back at Goodison Park, but Pochettino is planning to reach out and see if there is any way he can help the 27-year-old.
“I hope to have some time to call and see because he is a great guy, and I want to talk a little bit with him and hear.
“I want to help him and see what is going on with him. He is still young. And for sure, he has the mentality.
“Now it’s a long time since I spoke to him but I want to contact him again and see what is going on,” Pochettino said.
