Chelsea boss, Mauricio Pochettino will sanction the sale of Trevoh Chalobah should the right offer be made.
According to Standard Sport, Chalobah is up for sale, with Inter Milan among the clubs interested in his services.
The defender returned to pre-season last week and is willing to fight for his place, but has now been deemed surplus to requirements by Pochettino.
Pochettino only wants four centre-backs at Stamford Bridge next season and Thiago Silva, Wesley Fofana, Thiago Silva, Levi Colwill and Benoit Badiashile are all ahead of Chalobah in the pecking order.
However, given that Chalobah wants regular game time in order to earn a place in the England squad ahead of next summer’s Euros, he is now content to leave Chelsea this summer.
Chalobah’s contract with Chelsea will expire in 2028.
Inter value the 24-year-old at around £25million and the player has spoken positively about the idea of playing in Italy.
Meanwhile, more players such as Christian Pulisic, Romelu Lukaku are expected to leave Chelsea this summer as ten players have already left.
