The term “cancer” is used to describe a wide variety of diseases characterized by the unchecked multiplication of abnormal cells. About a hundred subtypes of the disease exist, categorized by the cells they attack. Angiogenesis refers to the process by which the body creates new blood vessels.

However, angiogenesis is a continuous process that kicks off whenever an injury occurs and causes the body to start generating new blood vessels.

However, there is evidence linking the method to the development of cancer. Angiogenesis is controlled by activators and inhibitors. All evidence points to inhibitors as a factor in cancer progression, but activators as the driving force behind new blood vessel formation.

The following metabolic processes can aid in preventing cancer progression: mixing coffee and green tea. Angiogenesis is a process that helps cancer grow, however drinking coffee or green tea on a daily basis may help halt this process.

Blueberries and raspberries are used to make fruit juice concentrates.

The dark color and potent anticancer capabilities of both types of berries come from the abundance of phytochemicals they contain. Blueberries and raspberries have several benefits, including the ability to control angiogenesis and lower oxidative stress.

Tomatoes.

Tomatoes are a good source of lycopene, an antioxidant that can block angiogenesis. According to research out of Harvard Medical School, men who consume tomatoes on a regular basis reduce their risk of acquiring prostate cancer by half. It has been theorized by experts that lycopene is metabolized in fat and then transported systemically. When subjected to high temperatures, lycopene concentrations rise. Because of this, cooked tomatoes, rather than raw tomatoes, are recommended for cancer prevention.

Curcumin, found in turmeric, is the major ingredient that helps prevent cancer by limiting blood vessel growth.

Since bitter chocolate has been shown to have beneficial effects against cancer and angiogenesis, it should be enjoyed regularly. I appreciate you stopping by to check this out. If you like it, have your friends and family share it on social media.
