Arsenal are willing to sell midfielder, Emile Smith Rowe to Chelsea, the UK Times reports.
The 23-year-old is understood to be frustrated with his lack of minutes at the Emirates Stadium.
Smith Rowe has not played a single minute in the three opening league matches.
The England U-21 star featured for only three minutes in the FA Community Shield win on penalties against Manchester City.
Arsenal have not put a price tag on Smith Rowe, but he is among the players who could be sold to recoup money after Mikel Arteta spent about £170million net this summer.
The Gunners could also consider selling Gabriel, who was dropped from the opening three league fixtures, if they are able to find a replacement.
