Manchester City midfielder, Cole Palmer, is set to undergo medicals with Chelsea.
Both clubs have agreed a 45million package for the 21-year-old on Wednesday.
This was confirmed by Fabrizio Romano on Twitter.
“Cole Palmer will undergo medical tests as new Chelsea player on Thursday.
“£40m fee & £5m add-ons, as revealed earlier. Time to prepare documents,” he wrote.
Palmer has decided to leave the Premier League champions despite scoring in the Community Shield and at Burnley in the league this season.
The player is believed to be eager for more playing time.
