Manchester United boss, Erik ten Hag has suggested why his team lost 0-3 to Bournemouth in Saturday’s Premier League tie.
Ten Hag watched as goals from Dominic Solanke, Philip Billing and Marcos Senesi gave the visitors all three points against Man United at Old Trafford.
Speaking after the game, Ten Hag suggested that his team was defeated because they were not at their best against the visitors.
“You have to be at your best in every game, starting with focus. When you start like we did, you get killed,” Ten Hag said at his post-match interview.
Giving some praise to Bournemouth, the Dutchman added: “They are good opponents but we have to do better.”
Speaking on the boos ringing around the stadium, Ten Hag said: “I understand they are disappointed, frustrated. We all are but we should do better and we have show it every game.”
