Premier League chief executive, Richard Masters, will be in attendance when Arsenal host Everton in their final Premier League clash this weekend.
According to The Athletic, Masters will not be present at Manchester City’s clash with West Ham.
Both Arsenal and City could be crowned champions for this season and there will be identical trophies at the Emirates and Etihad.
Pep Guardiola’s men are likelier to win it, as they are two points clear and hardly drop points at home.
But Masters has instead decided to head to the Emirates to watch Arsenal as the Gunners look to secure their first top-flight title in 20 years.
That means Masters will avoid the potentially awkward scenario of presenting City with the Premier League trophy amid their 115 alleged breaches of FFP rules.
