Manchester City striker Julian Alvarez has insisted he did not make any bad comments about his future at the club.
The Argentina international is considering leaving the Premier League champions this summer.
Alvarez wants more playing time and to live in a warmer climate.
After Alvarez said he was thinking about his future, manager Pep Guardiola came out to say: “Julián played a lot. He wants more? It’s fine. So that’s why. Think about it. And when he thinks about it, he will inform us.”
However, in a new interview with TV Publica, Alvarez said: “I didn’t say anything bad.
“I just said I need to think, as I always do after every season, to make balance. I always say I’m comfortable at Man City, a great club.”
