Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen, has given Chelsea two conditions to join the Premier League club this summer.
Osimhen’s future at the former Serie A champions remains uncertain, as there are no active talks despite his availability.
The Blues are trying to bring in the Nigerian on a loan deal while sending Romelu Lukaku to Napoli on a permanent deal.
But football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, speaking on YouTube today said Osimhen is “not considering a loan with option to buy”.
Romano also said the Super Eagles striker “will not reduce his salary” to make the move to Chelsea.
According to reports, Arsenal are also monitoring the player’s situation.
