Barcelona have confirmed that striker Pau Víctor has signed a contract with the club’s first team.
The Catalan club disclosed this in a statement via their website on Friday.
This is coming ahead of Barcelona’s LaLiga clash with Athletic Club on Saturday evening at Camp Nou.
Victor played for Barça Atlètic on loan from Girona last season.
He had a great pre-season with the senior squad, leading the Barça goal count with three, and making his official first team debut when he came on against Valencia last Saturday.
“This Friday he made it all official by signing his permanent Barça first team contract in the head offices. [as he] puts pen to paper in company of president Joan Laporta, vice-president Rafa Yuste and director of the football area, Deco,” Barcelona’s statement partly read.
