Manchester City currently sit at the top of the Premier League table with six points.

Pep Guardiola’s side have five goals difference and are ahead of second-place Brighton, Arsenal (third) and Liverpool (fourth).

Brighton, Arsenal and Liverpool also have six points each, having also won their two matches.

Tottenham Hotspur, Newcastle United, Nottingham Forest, Chelsea, West Ham United and Fulham complete the top ten.

This follows the conclusion of the Premier League match-day 2 fixture on Sunday.

Liverpool defeated Brentford 2-0 at Anfield, thanks to goals from Luis Diaz and Mohamed Salah.

Chelsea, on their part, thrashed Wolves 6-2 to move to 8th position on the Premier League table with three points. The Blues had lost 2-0 against Man City in their first game last weekend.

Bournemouth, meanwhile, played a 1-1 draw with Newcastle United at home.
