Casemiro’s wife, Anna Mariana, has hit back at critics of the Manchester United midfielder by posting his stunning trophy collection.
The Brazil international was taken off by manager Erik ten Hag during the half time of their 3-0 defeat to Liverpool on Sunday.
Casemiro was directly at fault for the first two goals United conceded in the first half.
Ten Hag replaced the former Real Madrid man with academy graduate, Toby Collyer.
Before he was hooked off, however, angry supporters turned on Casemiro, with jeers ringing out around Old Trafford.
The criticisms continued on social media and in response, Anna Mariana pointed out that his CV includes three LaLiga titles, five Champions League crowns and a few Club World Cup triumphs – while also helping the Red Devils to Carabao Cup and FA Cup honours.
