Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta, has named Manchester City as the best team in the world.
The Gunners manager, however, refused to comment on Leandro Trossard’s red card in the first half of their Premier League 2-2 draw against Man City on Sunday.
The Spaniard spoke at his post-match press conference following his side’s encounter with Pep Guardiola’s side at the Etihad Stadium.
Erling Haaland and John Stones scored for Man City, while Riccardo Calafiori and Gabriel Magalhães netted for the Gunners as Leandro Trossard received a red card.
“They are probably the best in the world,” Arteta said of Man City.
When asked to comment on Trossard’s red card, Arteta added: “I prefer not to comment. I was already in big trouble trying to solve what happened on the pitch.
“It’s that obvious that it’s not necessary to comment on it. I’m expecting 100 games to be nine vs 10 this season if that is the case.”
