Lawyers for rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs have insisted that he is the real victim suffering from ‘inflammatory statements’ and ‘outlandish conspiracy theories,’ a new court document claimed.

The high-powered legal team filed a letter to Judge Arun Subramanian on Sunday requesting an order that would prevent potential witnesses from making public statements.

Back in September, Diddy was charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

His lawyers argued that Diddy’s accusers are repeating unfounded claims to the media including that he used baby oil laced with date rape drugs – and it is affecting his ability to have a fair trial.

‘Mr. Combs has been the target of an unending stream of allegations by prospective witnesses and their counsel in the press,’ his attorneys said.

‘These prospective witnesses and their lawyers have made numerous inflammatory extrajudicial statements aimed at assassinating Mr Combs’s character in the press.’

His attorneys honed in on reports that federal agents confiscated ‘1,000 bottles’ of baby oil from his homes in Miami and Los Angeles and what alleged victims claim he used them for.

‘Some have even peddled outlandish conspiracy theories,’ the lawyers said.

They cited an article from the Daily Beast titled ‘Diddy Spiked Baby Oil With Date Rape Drug: Accuser’s Lawyer.’

An attorney for alleged rape victim Ashley Parham told the outlet that Combs spiked baby oil with a date rape drug and then assaulted her.

Parham is suing Diddy for the alleged rape she claimed happened in 2018 after she accused him of ordering the infamous murder of Tupac Shakur.

Combs has been accused of arranging ‘Freak Offs,’ described as ‘elaborate and produced sex performances’ arranged and directed by Combs while he masturbated and often recorded them.

His indictment stated that some ‘Freak Offs’ would last for days, requiring Combs and victims to receive IV fluids to recover from the exertion and drug use.

Diddy has pled not guilty to charges alleging he coerced and abused women for years, aided by associates and employees, and silenced victims through blackmail and violence, including kidnapping, arson and physical beatings.

The disgraced rap mogul remains incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after two judges denied him bail.

Last week, Combs’s lawyers demanded that prosecutors release the identities of his alleged victims so he can prepare adequately for trial.

The letter, which was addressed to Subramanian, noted that since his case was ‘unique’ due to his ‘celebrity status, wealth and the publicity’, many of the victims have made ‘false to outright absurd’ accusations.

By having their names in the public domain, Diddy and his team believe they would be able to understand the charges better and know which allegations prosecutors are relying on during the May trial.
