City had taken a two-goal lead at the Parc des Princes through Jack Grealish and Erling Haaland.
But PSG fought back thanks to goals from Ousmane Dembele, Bradley Barcola, Joao Neves and Goncalo Ramos to take all three points.
Pep Guardiola’s men now sit in the 25th position, with Luis Enrique’s men overtaking them.
