Liverpool midfielder, Alexis Mac Allister has responded to reports linking him to Real Madrid.

Reports had emerged that the Los Blancos are interested in signing the Argentina World Cup winner this upcoming summer transfer window.

Speaking on the development, Mac Allister said he is fine at his present club Liverpool despite interest from the LaLiga champions.

“I read the rumours and the news reaches me, but the important thing is the present,” Mac Allister told TyC.

“I’m fine at Liverpool, I have a lot of respect for the club and I don’t think it’s necessary to talk about other institutions.”

AMac Allister joined Liverpool from Premier League side Brighton in 2023.

The 26-year-old has been a key figure in the Reds’ squad so far the past two seasons.

It’s yet to be seen if Mac Allister will end up leaving Arne Slot’s side at the end of the season.
