Cameroon midfielder, Etta Eyong has warned the Super Eagles of Nigeria ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup semi-final playoffs on Thursday in Morocco.

Eyong, who plays his club football for Levante, said he is not afraid of Nigeria.

Nigeria, Cameroon, DR Congo and Gabon will clash in the World Cup semi-final playoffs.

Nigeria will face Gabon, while Cameroon will tackle Congo. The winners of the encounters will face each other in the playoff final on Sunday.

“For me, the most dangerous was Nigeria before, but I am no longer afraid,” Eyong told Sporty TV.

“Even though we have to play three matches against them to qualify, we are going to win the three games.

“It is not like then when Nigeria was frightening me during those days, but I think we’ve the capacity and ability to win those games that are coming.”
