Amadi made the remark while reacting to a post that linked Lagos socialite, Aisha Achimugu’s alleged financial fraud to a politician.

Ahead of the 2027 presidential election, Sam Amadi, former chairman of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission, has revealed his preferred candidate.

Amadi, in a post on X, said the 2023 presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi is the only contestant that he can excitedly support.

According to the internet personality, all other presidential candidates have proven to be thieves, alleging that they are armed robbers in suits.

He wrote, “That is why the only presidential candidate i can excitedly support in Nigeria today (amongst the serious ones) is @PeterObi the rest are mostly thieves, actually armed robbers in suits and agbada.”

Amadi made the remark while reacting to a post that linked Lagos socialite, Aisha Achimugu’s alleged financial fraud to a politician.

The post claimed that Achimugu, whose $13 million was recently forfeited by the Federal High Court in Abuja was working for a top politician.
