Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta has singled out Leandro Trossard for praise following his side’s 1-0 win over Leicester City on Saturday.

Arteta said that Trossard did really well against Leicester at the King Power Stadium, adding that he was pleased with him.

Arsenal defeated the Foxes, thanks to Gabriel Martinelli’s only goal of the match.

“He [Trossard] did really well. I think he was really good. I think he got involved in many situations that could have ended up in many more big chances,” Arteta said, as quoted by HITC Sport.

“He was involved in the incredible goal that he scored that was disallowed, involved in the goal of Gabi, the pass that he played to him, he’s so good in small spaces, tight spaces, with his creativity to open people up and I am really happy with him.”
