Barcelona are confident of signing Ilkay Gundogan from Manchester City on a free transfer this summer.
The 32-year-old has not extended his contract at the Etihad and would leave Manchester at the end of the season.
The Times reports that the Germany international has been offered a two-year deal by LaLiga leaders Barcelona.
The Catalan giants believe the German will join them following a meeting with the player’s representatives last week.
Barcelona are willing to offer more than whatever Manchester City have on the table.
Gundogan has spent six years at City since joining from Borussia Dortmund and has won four Premier League titles.
