Former Manchester United striker, Teddy Sheringham, predicted that Manchester City are the clear favourites to win the FA Cup ahead of the Red Devils when both teams clash in the final in June.
Man City and Man United will face each other in the FA Cup final at Wembley Stadium on June 3.
Speaking to Lord Ping, Sheringham said: “I can see him [Alex Ferguson] stepping into the dressing room and having a few words with the players. Fergie will not want City to win a treble.
“Other than that, there will be enough pressure on the players because this is the first time that the two clubs have faced each other in an FA Cup final. A Manchester derby in the final is big enough as it is.
“It is going to be a tough ask for Manchester United (to beat City). I would say Man City will be clear favourites, but United have beaten them once already this season – anything can happen.”
