Chelsea midfielder, Mason Mount has agreed personal terms with Manchester United, the UK Telegraph reports.
It is believed that Mount could become Erik ten Hag’s first summer signing, if the Red Devils can thrash out a deal with their Premier League rivals.
The future of the 24-year-old has been the subject of speculation in recent months.
He made only 35 appearances in all competitions for the Blues, as he suffered injury issues and patchy form.
Arsenal and Liverpool have also been pursuing Mount, whose deal expires in the summer of 2024.
New Chelsea boss, Mauricio Pochettino has been keen to speak with the player, but the club’s owners want to cash in rather than risk losing him for nothing in 12 months.
