Nigerian pastor, Eze Kings Akwue, has reacted after the arrest of a suspect for the murder of his wife, Eunice Dwumfour, a councilwoman, who was shot dead outside her home in New Jersey, U.S. in February.
LIB reported that the 28-year-old suspect, Rashid Ali Bynum, of Portsmouth, was taken into custody on Tuesday morning, May 30, on charges including first-degree murder and two second-degree handgun charges.
According to Middlesex County Prosecutor, Yolanda Ciccone, the suspect knew the deceased from church. Taking to his official Facebook page on Friday, Pastor Eze Kings, shared a photo with his late wife and wrote:
“They can only run but they can’t hide. I am convinced your blood will surely speak my love,” he captioned the post.
Meanwhile, the late pastor was laid to rest on March 4, 2023.
