Real Madrid will reserve their No 9 shirt for Harry Kane, as they prepare to submit a £100 million offer for the Tottenham Hotspur striker, according to Marca.
The La Liga giants are looking to bring in Kane as Karim Benzema’s replacement at the club this summer.
Benzema has played his last match for Madrid and is on his way to join a new team in Saudi Arabia.
Kane scored 30 goals in the Premier League last season and is also attracting interest from Manchester United.
But Real have no doubt Kane is their No 1 choice to replace Benzema, with the No 9 shirt now vacant. Kane wears No 10 at Tottenham but his former team-mate Luka Modric has that shirt for Real.
