Manchester City have made a demand from West Ham midfielder, Declan Rice as they prepare to make their first offer for the player.
The Citizens are preparing to compete with Arsenal in the race to sign West Ham’s captain, according to reports.
Arsenal appeared to be on course to sign Rice early in the summer transfer window; however, reports in England claim that three offers so far have been rejected by West Ham.
The Sunday Mirror reports that Manchester City are looking to get a clear indication from Rice that he would be willing to join them this summer.
Rice is said to prefer a move to the Emirates Stadium but that was before City’s desire to join the bidding was made public.
