Arsenal is considering a sensational move for Paris Saint-Germain superstar Kylian Mbappe, according to Football Transfers.

Mbappe’s current contract with PSG will expire next summer in 2024.

The France captain is admired by Arsenal, who are considering whether or not to send an offer to the player’s representatives.

However, PSG may have to sell the 24-year-old this summer transfer window or risk losing him on a free transfer next summer.

Meanwhile, in a related development, Chelsea on Saturday confirmed the signing of a new attacker, Alex Matos.

Matos, 18, joined Chelsea from English club Norwich City.

The Blues disclosed this in a statement via its website.

“Chelsea has completed the signing of Alex Matos from Norwich City.

“Welcome to Chelsea, Alex!” Chelsea’s statement read in part.
