Zaidu Sanusi is doubtful for Porto’s home clash against Gil Vicente at the Estadio Dragao on Saturday.

The left-back sustained an Injury in the Dragons’ UEFA Champions League clash against Shakhtar Donetsk of Ukraine on Tuesday.

The 26-year-old was replaced at half time by Wendell.

Porto manager, Sergio Conceicao said after the game that Sanusi sustained a muscle injury in the game and will be further assessed.

The Nigeria international, according to a report on the club’s official website, didn’t train with his teammates on Thursday casting doubt on his availability for this weekend’s game.

Sanusi has made two league appearances for the Dragons this season.

Porto currently occupy third position with 13 points from five matches.
