Young Nigerian midfielder, Ebenezer Akinsanmiro, on Sunday, made his debut for Inter Milan as they thrashed Leece 4-0 in Serie A.

Akinsanmiro, who joined the Nerrazzuri from Remo Stars, was introduced in the 76th minute with the game already won.

During his 20 minutes on the pitch, he won three duels and created one chance.

The 19-year-old is now following in the footsteps of the likes of Nwankwo Kanu, Taribo West, Obafemi Martins, Nwankwo Obiora, Joel Obi and Obinna Nsofor as Nigerians who have played for Inter.

Inter have now gone nine points clear of Juventus at the top of the league with 66 points.

It was also the 10th straight victory for Simeone Inzaghi’s men.
