Presidential aide, Bayo Onanuga has confirmed President Tinubu’s attendance to the Funeral of the 17 soldiers killed in Okuama, Delta state on March 14. The 17 soldiers will be laid to rest at the National Military Cemetery in Abuja by 3pm today March 27.
In his post, Bayo reminded Nigerians that this will be the first time a sitting President will attend such a solemn event in ten years, He mentioned that in the year 2021 and 2018 when similar events happened, the incumbent Presidnets did not attend the ceremonies. He pointed that Nigerians were told that President Tinubu cares and he is showing it in his action.
‘’It is confirmed that President Bola Tinubu will be attending the national burial for the Nigerian military officers and soldiers killed on 14 March by some gunmen in Okuama Community in Delta State.
