Ademola Lookman was the hero as Atalanta secured a place in the final of the UEFA Europa League following a 3-0 win against Marseille.
Gian Piero Gasperini’s side won the semi-final contest 3-1 on aggregate.
Lookman scored a goal and bagged an assist for La Dea in the encounter.
It was the first time Atalanta will make it to the final of an European competition.
The winger gave the hosts the lead on the half hour mark.
The Nigeria international set up Matteo Ruggeri for the second goal in the 52nd minute.
Lookman was replaced by El Bilal Toure 13 minutes from time.
Toure scored the third goal deep into stoppage time.
Lookman has now scored 12 goals and provided seven assists across all competitions for Atalanta this season.
