France international, N’Golo Kante, could be on his way back to Europe to join Barcelona.

The Catalans are eyeing multiple targets this summer as they look to chase titles from all fronts under new boss, Hansi Flick.

Flick came in as a replacement for Xavi, who was sacked at the end of the season.

The Spanish giants have set their eyes on Kante, who is currently playing in Saudi Arabia, according to Sport.

The Catalans want to replace Sergio Busquets, with Oriol Romeu failing to live up to expectations.

The former Champions League holders have identified multiple options, including Bayern Munich’s Joshua Kimmich and Martin Zubimendi of Real Sociedad.

However, securing their services has proven to be a challenge.

The situation has prompted the La Liga giants to consider alternatives and Kante has emerged as an option.

Kante left Chelsea last summer to join Al-Ittihad on a blockbuster deal.

The French midfielder’s performances for his country at Euro 2024 highlighted that he still has a lot of football left in him.

The 33-year-old is said to be open for a return to European football.
