Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta, will only sanction a departure for Emile Smith Rowe this summer on two conditions, the UK Mirror reports.
First, Arteta will consider it if Smith Rowe pushes for an exit.
Also, if the Gunners receive a good offer, the player could be off.
Arteta is however keen to keep Smith Rowe, but his future remains uncertain at the Emirates.
Smith Rowe broke into the England squad and scored 10 league goals in the 2021/2022 season.
Since then, though, his opportunities have been more limited.
The midfielder has played just 33 times over the last two seasons, with only four of those being starts.
Arsenal knocked back interest from Aston Villa in 2021 and Fulham have seen one bid rejected this summer.
