All the eight countries that have qualified for the Paris 2024 Olympics women’s football event have been confirmed.
The countries are France, Canada, Colombia, United States, Germany, Spain, Brazil and Japan.
This follows the conclusion of Wednesday’s group stage fixtures.
Japan defeated Nigeria’s Super Falcons 3-1.
Spain also defeated Brazil 2-0 in the other group-stage fixture.
The quarter-final fixtures will commence on Saturday.
