Chidera Ejuke is upbeat Sevilla can end their barren run at the Camp Nou when they take on Barcelona on Sunday.

Sevilla has failed to beat Barcelona on the ground in the last 14 years.

The Nigerian winger, however, believes they can rewrite history this time around.

“Yes, Barcelona is a great team with a lot of top players as well, but you know, we are Sevilla as well,” Ejuke said in an interview with El Chiringuito TV.

The 26-year-old has scored once in eight league appearances for the Rojiblancos this season.

Sevilla are unbeaten in their last three league games.
