Nigerians have joined Rwandans in grieving the passing of gospel artiste Gloriose Musabyimana, popularly known as Gogo Gloriose.
The Rwandan singer reportedly died in Kampala on Wednesday, September 3, at the age of 36. Her media manager, Bikem wa Yesu, confirmed the sad news the following day, Thursday, September 4, 2025.
News of her sudden demise has left her fans in Rwanda, Uganda, and Nigeria in shock.
Bikem, who accompanied Gogo to Uganda for a series of music events, expressed his heartbreak in a social media post, writing: “R.I.P. Gogo, what terrible news! God, strengthen my heart.”
While the official cause of her death has not been revealed, PulseUG reported that she had been battling heart-related health issues.
