Ademola Lookman is to make his first appearance for Atalanta this season after his transfer standoff, NEWSUNPLUG reports.
Lookman trained separately from the rest of the Atalanta squad after returning to the club last month.
The Nigeria international earlier pushed for a move to Atalanta’s Serie A rivals, Inter Milan, and went on AWOL.
According to transfer expert, Nicolo Schira, the winger will now return to full training after returning from international duty.
The 27-year-old featured in Nigeria’s 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda and South Africa.
Lookman is expected to be included in Atalanta’s squad for Sunday’s Serie A clash with Lecce.
