Festus Ojo has proudly stepped into his new role as uncle to baby Rakeem, the son of Priscilla and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.
Priscilla recently returned home to Tanzania after giving birth in Canada, sharing a heart-warming video of her journey with her mother. The clip also revealed the lavish “push gift” she received from her husband, which drew admiration from fans.
In a video montage posted to Instagram, Festus visited his younger sister’s home to officially meet his nephew. The young entrepreneur was all smiles as he cradled the infant, laughing softly while holding him close.
Another segment showed the delighted grandmother, Iyabo Ojo, gently caring for Rakeem as Festus tried to catch the baby’s attention. Iyabo playfully remarked that the newborn already “loves food,” prompting Festus to tease that Rakeem takes after Priscilla, who he said shares the same appetite. From across the room, Priscilla jokingly warned them not to spread “lies,” sparking laughter all around.
Fans flooded the comments with congratulations, dubbing Festus the “latest uncle in town.”
Festus’s involvement in family celebrations is nothing new he was highly visible during Priscilla’s wedding festivities in Tanzania, sharing joyful moments from both the ceremony and the baby’s arrival on his social media pages.
